Notifications of changes at KONTEKST

Dear Sir/Madam,

We kindly inform you that in connection with the amendment to the Articles of Association of KONTEKST spółka z ograniczoną odpowiedzialnością spółka komandytowa with its registered office in Warsaw, KRS No.: 0000601266 (hereinafter: “Company”), which includes the change of the general partner in the Company and the change of the Company name, since January 1, 2021 the Company has been operating under the business name of: KONTEKST A. Wolski spółka komandytowa, and Mr Andrzej Wolski became the sole general partner authorized to represent the Company. Furthermore, as of January 4, 2021, an independent commercial proxy (prokurent samoistny) was appointed at the Company and the person performing this function is Ms Lidia Szczepanik, who is authorized to represent the Company individually in all judicial and extra-judicial activities related to the running of the Company’s business.

The aforementioned changes are yet to be disclosed in the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register. We will inform you in a separate notification of such entry having been made in the register.

Please be advised that the change of the Company name and its general partner as of January 1, 2021 does not affect the validity of agreements concluded before the aforementioned date. In addition, please note that other Company’s details, i.e. KRS number, NIP number, REGON number, registered office address, bank account numbers, telephone numbers and e-mail addresses remain unchanged.

Considering the above, please make a note of the above changes in your records and registers, and make sure that all correspondence as well as all accounting documents (invoices, bills) include the following Company’s details:
