We make excellence of service our priority. Besides everyday procedures described in our Quality Management System and aimed at keeping the client complaint rate below 0.5% of all projects delivered, every other month we perform random quality checks. 12 projects are analysed each time in the Quality Control Department against six different criteria to ensure full satisfaction of clients in their interactions with KONTEKST.
Thanks to the implemented quality assurance processes we keep improving. We are glad to work with the best linguists. In 2016 the overall results of random quality checks were impressive: 96.11% of the grades given in all criteria were good or very good!
