Here are 5 tips for a healthy work-life balance
1. Spend time with your loved ones.
Take care to have time for your family, friends, and your partner and don’t let stress take away your pleasure in seeing them.
2. Find time to relax.
Whatever rocks your boat, be it a wild night at a dance club or a quiet evening with a book – just wind down in a way that best suits your lifestyle.
3. Don’t forget your beauty sleep.
Sleep is an essential part of our lives, often sorely underestimated. Make sure to take a daily trip to the Land of Nod for no less than 8 hours.
4. Keep fit and healthy.
Don’t forget to exercise (aerobics or a swim once a week will certainly do the trick) and eat healthy. Healthy habits are a sure way to make you feel better every day.
5. Keep your right hemisphere busy.
Don’t shake your head in disbelief! Your right cerebral hemisphere stores your artistic self. Set it free with some kind of artistic activity – you don’t have to become a published poet, a simple colouring book will do just fine. ;) Just let your imagination run wild!
