Work-Life Balance Training

For KONTEKST, the last weekend of October was an opportunity to work on our personal development. We participated in a two-day training session on how to keep a healthy work-life balance. We learned new methods of effective time management and how to balance work and personal life, introduce positive changes in our lives and foster healthy habits. Besides learning, we also found time to socialize: there were long conversations, games of pool and table tennis matches.
