  • Customer Service Department

    on-going project management, processing of orders and queries from customers, cost estimates, supervision of projects and ensuring ease of communication between the customer, translator and reviser.

  • Quality Control Department

    quality control of texts, linguistic revision/proofing of documents before delivery to the customer, translating, recruiting new translators and continuous evaluation of their work, constant improvement of the quality control procedures.

  • Customer Relations Department

    presentations of the company's offer and acquisition of new customers, preparation of tender documents, advertising activity and implementation of the company's marketing strategy.

  • Accounting Department

    management of the company finances, settling payments from customers and to translators and other suppliers, debt collection.
